Emanuele joined Campari Group more than 5 years ago and is currently leading the leads the Global Talent Insights Team. His team is bringing together the full spectrum of people data, analytics, feedback and assessment tools, and employee listening into one cohesive vision. Our mission is to build a deeper, more holistic understanding of our talent: their potential, performance, and sentiment. By doing so, we aim to enable more data-informed, people-centric decision making across the Group.
Emanuele has over 15 years of international HR experience in Warner, General Electric and Generali, and has played a key role in Campari Group HR transformation over the past years, from simplifying systems and processes to launching the New Employee listening strategy and building new data analytics capabilities across the board.
